Thus, employees can select their own benefits, online, depending on the budget allocated by the employer, and change them monthly. Through this partnership, the two companies set out to become the main provider of flexible extra-salary benefits in Romania and bring an improved experience to both the end consumer and the employer. MyBenefits is a digital platform through which the employer offers employees the freedom to choose benefits according to their needs. The offer is dynamic, as new service providers compliant to the MyBenefits criteria and the trends in terms of benefits are constantly being added.
